Terms Of Service

Service Agreement BookingWithJoan provides professional bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting services tailored to small businesses.

Client Responsibilities To ensure accuracy, clients are responsible for providing complete and timely access to necessary financial documents and bank statements.

Payment & Billing Monthly service fees are processed via ACH transfer and are due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered due upon receipt. Please ensure funds are available to avoid a temporary suspension of services or potential late fees.

Confidentiality We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client business operations and financial data throughout and after the term of service.

Cancellations Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Following notice, no further work will be performed unless specifically agreed upon in writing by both parties.
