For the last 13 years, I've had the best job in the world: running my own family daycare right here in Southern Indiana. Over those years, I've had the privilege of helping raise over 40 beautiful babies. At one point, I even had seven two-year-old boys all at the same time!

If there's one thing that a room full of toddlers teaches you, it's organization. You have to be meticulous, you have to stay ahead of the chaos, and you have to be someone people can truly lean on.

While I was busy with snack times and milestones, I was also the "Back Office" for my own business. For over a decade, I personally managed every ledger, tracked every expense, and handled the tax filings.

I know exactly what it's like to be a small business owner who loves their work but feels weighed down by the "paperwork pile"at the end of the day. As I retire from the daycare world, I've decided to take those 13 years of business experience and launch Booking with Joan to help you find that same balance.
