For the last 13 years, I've had the best job in the world: running my own family daycare right here in Southern Indiana. Over those years, I've had the privilege of helping raise over 40 beautiful babies. At one point, I even had seven two-year-old boys all at the same time!

If there's one thing that a room full of toddlers teaches you, it's organization. You have to be meticulous, you have to stay ahead of the chaos, and you have to be someone people can truly lean on.
